Implementation of positioning strategy through a new brand: AGA Design to attack the B2C market by using products already made for the B2B market but transvaluing them from their initial value through collaborations with artists (Fausto Roma) and associations (Bossy) thus giving them a social and cultural value. While to avoid the use of plastic we penetrated the gadget market (B2B) by creating a partnership with Lactips, an innovative firm for the production of sustainable and biodegradable material derived from milk.
